FloraGuard wasn't built in a marketing meeting. It was built by a small team who kept hearing the same story from women in their forties and fifties: "things changed, no one really explained what was happening, and the answers I'm getting aren't quite right."

Our Story

What set FloraGuard in motion wasn't a product idea. It was a pattern. Across years of conversations with women going through perimenopause and post-menopause, a remarkably consistent story kept emerging: noticeable changes in intimate health, no proper framework offered for what was happening, products on the shelf that were either generic gut probiotics dressed up for women's health, or expensive boutique formulas with no real evidence behind them.

So we did the unglamorous thing. We read the literature. We talked to clinicians who specialised in midlife women's health. We narrowed a long list of strains down to the four with the most published, replicated, peer-reviewed research specifically in the vaginal microbiome — not generalised gut data with a women's-health label slapped on.

The result is a small, clear product. Four strains. Clinical doses. No proprietary blend. Made for the women who'd quietly given up trying to find a real answer.

What We Believe

Three rules we won't break.

Strain-specific, or nothing.

Every probiotic strain in FloraGuard is named at strain-identifier level on the label, with published research behind it. Not just "Lactobacillus" — L. crispatus CTV-05, L. rhamnosus GR-1, etc.

Clinical doses, or nothing.

We dose each strain at the level used in the trials we cite. If we can't deliver a clinical dose, the strain isn't in the formula.

Plain language, or nothing.

Women's intimate health is hard to talk about partly because the available language is bad. We try to use clear, non-euphemistic, clinically-accurate language throughout — because vagueness has done enough damage.

Where it's made

A U.S. facility, GMP-certified.

FloraGuard is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the United States, in deliberately small batches. Each lot is third-party tested for strain identity, CFU count, and microbial purity before release.

The probiotic strains are sourced from U.S. biotech partners with multi-decade strain-banking experience. Every lot has a Certificate of Analysis confirming strain identity (via genetic markers), CFU count guaranteed at end of shelf life, and absence of contaminants. The COA is available on request — email us with your batch number.
