2. Returns for One-Time Purchases

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Opened or used items cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety standards.

3. Upsell Purchases

Upsell items offered after a successful checkout follow the same 30-day unopened-return policy.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective on arrival.
